Due to my finances hitting rock bottom, she is now trying to sell her house(s) in China to raise money to help me....50k SGD. Small in sg terms, big in China terms.
me 39 she 29. I am close to bankruptcy and she is still willing to do this, and even before a ROM.

what i guess she will not part with more than 20% of what she gotten from you previously...this is some tricks that i've learnt over time... just quietly count an estimate of what u hv given her in terms of HF and kinds... btw..gotten the 50k? my guess (and dun too-lan me, k?) is that housing prices in china has taken a beat and "it is not the right time to sell...etc..." ...
