OT was never meant to be local playground. It was one of the few places left standing to play for the last two years. But now GL is reopened, even not to full extent, and that should automatically mean for local guys we disqualify OT and most massage places/freelancers.
Anyway port calls in SG by foreign navies particularly the USN isn't that frequent. In future they won't have OT as a playground anymore. Let them go Brix. That is already somewhere at their price range.
OT targets the surrounding expat community and back in the sailors that have blue balls and willing to blow shit loads of their allowance.
To your point on their charges... If want to spend that kind of money, so many local scenes that cater better service at that rate.

they will just move their trade to other places. and the sailors will find other places as will the bars and clubs.
just a geographical change, life goes on.
