I think times have changed..... as I understand that CoC has been amended that they can call chickens but MUST not be in conflict with/or in their areas of responsibility.

So those civil servants in enforcement lan lan not supposed to kio kuay but soldiers, teachers & other civil servants can enjoy.

Not yet lei.. The various houses probably start applying for new gals somewhere at the end of Aug. New gals probably start end Sept.
