According to this article, this area seems to be great for our favorite hobby; any of you guys here know about this place?

And BTW - I've read 10-15 pages back here - seems like Yangoon is quite an expensive place for hotels and mongering is not that cheap/still quite risky? Am I correct to make that assumption?

To answer some of your questions....

Yes. Hotel is expensive. Ridiculously so. When u first open your hotel room door, you'll wonder where your $200 went to.

Risky in yangon? It's much safer than most Asia country & definitely safer then u imagine. Just practice common sense. Perhaps more rural part may be slightly riskier.

Your article I think is referring to the Myanmar border. That I got no knowledge to share. I only know a little wee bit about Yangon.

I think Myanmar now sucks big time. Too many mat salleh there.
Making the price go up and the girls now demand.
