Think 1 night enough liao.

2.30pm - 4pm Free or not working one check-in first
4pm -7pm Prepare bbq food and freeze beer
8pm-next morning BBQ + Drink + Dance till you drop (games also can be play)
9am-10.30am Pack up and go home

Invitation list : Epl decide
Purpose: Kakis Drink till Drop (No Scared Police Road Block)
Material/item list - Who is coming then decided who bring down.( Can save must save )
As for cost, once confirmed total people + location then est
Beer = 2 carton (R04 +TT) DX (confirmed?)

I agree with PP, 30 Nov seems a little too rush. 7 Dec would be better.

As for the drinks no worries I will make sure you have enough to drink 2 cartons + a few other other bottles. I got 70ish bottles of hoegarrden at home will bring it down too.

Aviation terms: A mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system used to guide a plane without assistance from a human being.

Over here: The hands that were supposed to be controlling the plane no need to work so they become so free that they start to touch things they not supposed to.
