Will MTW be opened during the 1 mth CB?
Understand basic haircut svcs will still be available at some barbers / salons.
I think the guideline is not very clear.
If MTW allow only simple wash and cut like barber (of cos excl svcs like hair dye / treatment or head/neck massage) I don’t see why they are not allowed to operate.

As long as all the hair services add up do not exceed 60mins. It is allow. Like hair Spa 40mins n hair cut 15mins shd be OK. Of cos time might get cut short a bit

I guess this is a grey area.
Authorities can’t possibly stand there n time.
I think they’ll just make sure no other svcs other than wash n cut ba.
Maybe do random spot checks.

oh the rule is the duration of the salon visit cannot exceed 60mins? so still can wash and cut?

from what I know is can only cut, but no wash hair... basically salon not allowed to use water (i.e. no treatment, dye etc)
