This is a permanent procedure n irreversible. So if regrets came in later, there's no way for the lady to get pregnant again. And there's no way to measure her psychology stress

from my understanding,in singapore,DNA test can only be done with the blood and not hair or nails like overseas.And blood is 99% accurate.
