Happened to take a bus past the area. Think I saw shadows and lights in the shops as well as a new shop that popped out at the white building across the road. Just in case any bros keen.

But given the trend and outlook of things, i'm still steering away from this place. Not sure why they still wanna open there...the new wave of foot spas were alr forced to close...and still wanna open again.

Kovan is a large area. But given that you would visit E**** means you are keen to get that kind of pre-milf. You might be better off checking out MLs on SLG or the likes since it’s unlikely you are really there for the massage and just want a good wank. I would classify E*** as a clean spa. And only certain MLs would go the extra mile.

MPs in these parts are also starting to start at $58/hour and then the nonsensical $70HJ with roaming. Not keen on this nonsense.

I did have some $50+50 SYT contacts, but they have since RTCed or moved to other $58 MPs in other parts of SG. Still finding a good reasonable cost massage + good tug place in these parts.

I spotted a place in kovan with potential by recognising the ML who was from a famous place. Will be aiming to try next week too then report here.
