Bro, TQ for the update on Roxy Square. Yes, didn't know it has rebuilt for over 30 years, as the Roxy I know of was in the late 1970s to early 1980s.

Will try Katong Shopping Center - understand it has also been enbloc but not sure if it has been successful?
