That’s not an ethical way of doing biz.
However saying that, the boss should display the prices or tell the customers upfront that massage will not be part of the package, and you’ll still be charged the full $42. It’s up to the customer time decide then.
Same applies to MTW.

Btw I wonder what happens to those gals who do not do haircut?
Do they continue to get their basic salary?
Esp those FW who are stuck n can’t return home.
