Yes. Bas they are too. read in the news that if they are guilty, might sentenced up to 40 yrs imprisonment. damn it. might as well hang them, put them imprisonment 40yrs, they sleep for free, eat for free, waste us taxpayer's hard earn money.

　　当中一名被指对受害者做出鸡奸行为的男囚犯，则否认自己有做出那样的事情。

　　三名被告尔炎（21岁）、罕丹（20岁）和扎敏（21岁）分别共面对14项、12项和15项罪名。受害 者（22岁）是因为犯下偷窃罪名被判坐牢，今年初已经出狱。

　　这起案件原定昨天开审，不过由于三名被告有意承认大部分伤人罪名，主审法官郑永光下令将相关控状移交给 另一名法官审理，之后郑永光法官才会对被告们所否认的控状进行听审。三名被告面对的案件展期审 理。

　　郑永光法官昨天在控方提出申请后，下令媒体不得报道受害者的姓名和可能泄露他身份的资料。

　　三名被告也要求法官下令媒体不要报道他们的姓名。不过，法官认为，除了相关人等，其他人都不会知道谁跟 被告们曾经关在同个牢房中，因此没有批准他们的要求。

三被告共同面对10控状

　　三名被告共同面对10项指他们共谋犯罪的控状。这些控状所列出的罪行如下：

＊去年4月28日傍晚6时，拳打及在受害者的胸部上又跳又踩；
　　
＊同月29日中午和傍晚6时30分，拳打受害者胸部；

　　＊同天中午12时10分，逼受害者吞下粪便；

　　＊同天晚餐后对受害者全身上下拳打脚踢，及在他胸部又跳又踩；

　　＊同天晚上9时45分对受害者拳打脚踢；

　　＊同月30日傍晚6时30分，对受害者拳打脚踢；

　　＊同年5月1日和2日约下午5时45分，拳打受害者胸部；

　　＊同月3日约下午5时45分，拳打受害者胸部，造成他胸骨骨折、右边六根肋骨骨折、左边四根肋骨骨折和 脊椎三处骨折。

　　尔炎和扎敏也面对一项指他们在去年4月27日晚上9时30分，拳打受害者胸部的罪名。

　　三名被告也被指在去年4月27日至5月4日之间，把阴茎插入受害者口中的罪名。尔炎和扎敏面对三项这类 罪名控状，罕丹则面对两项控状。

罕丹也面对一项指他在去年4月28日鸡奸受害者的罪名。
　　尔炎昨天告诉法官，受害者只为他口交两次而非三次，而受害者是自愿那么做的。

　　罕丹和扎敏则说，受害者分别两次和三次为他们口交都是出于自愿。扎敏也否认逼受害者吃粪便和鸡奸他的罪 名.
