I usually have problems withdrawing from my out-of-China credit cards and bank cards when in in the PRC; always have to first locate those ATMs with Cirrus or Plus signs first and even on these many times I still cannot withdraw.

I have been drawing successfully using the cirrus and plus network at bank of china ATMs for the last 10+ years in various parts of China using my overseas cards. In the early 1980s Bank of China was the only bank with English language selection in their ATMs. The only time I did not managed to withdraw on BOC was when I didn't realized that my card had expired. In CP the Hangseng ATM across the roads opposite Pozolim also works fine. The only bank where I could not use their cirrus / plus network was Bank of Communications...
Good solution for those mongers who frequent CP more than 2 times a year.
Whats the minimum required sum to open account?
Whats BOC operating hours?
There is no minimum deposit required for BOC. I did opened an acc at CP BOC last yr. Open acc charge at $15rmb. Sometimes when exchange rate is bad, alternate way is to TT. On whether u able to link the SG BOC to China BOC this I nt too sure.
Bro u can draw at any ATM as long as overseas.
Best is bank of china credit card for purchases. They offer closest rates.
Uob rate for my last cp trip was a mere 4.67, off from 4.73 sg rate

With the sillypore dbs , ocbc and uob atm cards , take rmb from machine got no problem unless you got no sgd inside haha .....
On your next trip to cp , go open a local bank account there . Before your each trip , just go ppc to tt money into that account , rate are usually better than exchange but with a service charges $17-20, by doing this you can take money with better rate from machine , pay ktv bills with that cards .

Opening account I think is only 10 or 100rmb min btw you wont be opening account with 100rmb right ? Just bring along your passport to open an account , simple and easy .
Do remember , BOC machine are limited in cp , service charges kick in if you withdraw from other bank atm .
I always treat the tt as cpf (changPingFund) contribution monthly .
Dihao Hui clean? Lol they also have the so called volcano massage whereby the ji shi will wank you dry. They also have the milk spa around 499 rmb excluding tips, the herb spa around 699 and the red wine spa which is the most premium and forgot the cost. The ji shi will also jerk you off altough they will use their legs and thighs to do so too other than hand. They will also lay beside you and arouse you with deep breathing to your ears, tuning your nips.. You can play with their boobs too, but with their uniform on.
Basically at such prices at 499rmb for the entry level spa, plus another 100rmb for tips, SN will be more practical
Dihao Hui hve this?
Lidat must go try next time, SN i knw more worth it, but too SOP liao.

I did went to BOC branch in Sg to enquire before.
Their answer was very disappointing....BOC Sg n BOC China are UNrelated...operate as seperate entities.
They did asked me to apply for BOC Credit Card with Union Pay logo if I frequent china.

Yes, ABC = Agricultural Bank of China. Did the account opening in less than 1hr. Just need your passport. The dongle is one time fee of 20+rmb. There is also a 2rmb charge per month for sms notification of bank transactions but this is optional. Other banks also have this internet banking feature, but according to ex-lighthouse, ABC is easier to operate.
Yes, I top up my China line via internet banking. Convenient and cost saving as well. If you were to buy the top up card, it will cost you 50rmb + 1rmb for the card. Currently china mobile online top up has a 2% rebate.
You can also use this internet banking to make purchases on 陶宝 or even purchase flowers online and send to ur KC
