Pretty much all the spa's in Macau is cheaper than 18, except for Rio.

Sanado is supposedly a good value for money though. I'm going to Macau in early december too, and will try it out for my first time too while I'm there.

I just want to contribute to the forum on my experience in Macau...

Was there last week after a few days in Changping...

Went to Zhuhai for some shopping then to Macau for some gambling, dinner at my favorite Fernando restuarant at Black Sand (hei sha), and some action.

Went to 18 and it was terrible, horrible and crap shit...

Perhaps after CP, my expectations were too high.. i should have reversed my itinerary and went to Macau first, zhuhai then CP. I went to Sanado previous times and though can't beat CP, managers were friendly, place was cosy, girls were smiley. Damaged was like 1.4 to 1.6k depending on how much add-ons i had.

So I walked into 18 with my mate.. got ushered in like sheep.. changed with some local attendants assisting me.. like so sianz like that.. went to shower room and saw the "show" or rather selecting time beside the pool. Ya its true..many girls, some hot. but all like i owe them money like that.. couldnt decide so showered first and then walked to lounge.

bloody hell place was packed, could hardly find a seat, and when i found one it was wet and untidy. sat down to wait for next show to select.. anyway they said rooms are full... got girl also no use.. had terrible footie, terrible ear cleaning and manager was like fucking black face and asshole service.

then next show came, quickly selected and went to room.

chose a model cat, tall harbin girl. Went in super sop shower, catbath, 1 min bbbj, bang and out in 15 mins.

went back to the cafe to grab a bite, food was crap, filipino waitresses was slow and crap, couldnt wait to get out of the place. damage was $2.5k.

lots of china civil service customes who cannot afford to be seen in a sauna in china here in macau patronizing these saunas.

il stick to sanado if i have to go to a spa in macau. and if i can i will save my energy for CP instead...

in CP for the same amount, i could have gone to virgin spa, silver galaxy, and ktv overnite (excl drinks) and had like 5,6 shots fired... to a medley of smiley girls...

if you like sanado, can also try EAST SPA @ WALDO HOTEL. same owner, but girls and facilities at east are generally a notch higher (but also 200-400 HKD more expensive)

Hm...your comments of 18 suana seems negative.Maybe the standards has drop nowadays but the gals are still as hot ..

Yeah, I've been to East a few times. Just extending my horizon

I've been mostly at 18 though, and I must say the service goes from subpar to amazing. Some of them beg me to come back, and hold out for a full hour (one even didn't want me to leave untill 1:30 had passed(!). And some girls are just mechanical and want it over with. It seems like you have to have good chemistry with the girls at 18 for it to work. This goes for all saunas, but more so at 18 I feel. Only had 1 experience at Rio, and the girl was a bt shy at first, although she bloomed after awhile. So hard to tell, but I was satisfied that day at least. Still, Rio is a bit too exp.
At other saunas they do their rutine, but it may not be authentic even if they are trained better. As they are on D1 where they even get told to smile alot. It goes that far!

Still, I never pick a girl without some connection being there. Thats why I allways wait 2-3 showtimes before choosing. Unless I've had the girl before and I know her that is.

Oh, and I'm going to try out Familia Noble too. Read alot about it, and it is better than Golden they say.

any bro out there can rec a convenient hotel to stay...
macau budget about 120SGD
zhuhai budget about 60SGD...
esp zhuhai, have totally lost touch...whats a convenient hotel thats near the border...haha

Hi Bro, based on your budget I would recommend d following hotels.

Zhuhai Hotel
1) 国泰酒店 - Hotel is near to 拱北 (Gongbei) border about 5mins walking. The sauna is not as good as 华骏酒店 but near to a lot of shopping areas.
2) 华骏酒店 (Jumbo Hotel) - Hotel is only RMB10 ride to 拱北 (Gongbei) border & there is a good sauna place with good quality gals at d hotel basement for you to enjoy. Plus there is a good & cheap restaurant opposite of this hotel. I usually stayed at this hotel as it also near to some of those famous KTVs.

Macau Hotel
1) Holiday Inn Hotel (Near to Sanado Spa)
2) Sintra Hotel (Near to Grand Lisbao Hotel
3) Metropole Hotel (Near to tourist attraction sites eg. Sanado Square)

in zhuhai can stay at jinye hotel (i always stay in the RMB199 on the 11th flr) just beside escalator to the underground gongbei shopping mall and with a 24hr KFC nearby, or for newer and better facilities, but more expensive can try L Hotel with free wifi and electrical-controlled bathroom/bedroom window tinting.

macau can purchase at the travel agencies around those pawnshops near lisboa. holiday inn macau cannot take walk-ins, they will ask u to cross the road to buy from travel agency.

if really on a budget, take a free shuttle bus at starworld to galaxy macau. cross over to grand waldo hotel, behind the grand waldo have a clean spa just beside the sauna. only MOP200+ for 12 hrs, have cold and hot pool, free drinks, toast, internet, can charge handphone, surf net. additional meals are reasonably priced MOP10+.
