A thing to note is always roughly how much you pay for taxi fare from point A - Point B. IF you happen to be paying more than ususal, take down the Taxi Number. It is located on a sticker on the front wind screen top right hand corner. Call and complain. if the driver receives 3 complains, he loses his license.
Thanks for the info Reaper ^_^

Hello Tech,
Putting the prick in her mouth is not acurate enough.
Must put inside her camel toes.
After that, inject prick juice for her to eat if she is having fever.
If no fever, still can let her eat, to prevent fever from coming.
Kekekeke.......
Traffic congestion is getting from bad to worse in HCMC.
Main roads leading from Airport to City (namely Nguyen Van Troi, Nam Khi Khoi Ngia, Phan Dinh Phuong, Hai Bah Tran, Le Van Sy, Tra Quoc Thao) are perpetually congested from as early as 4pm in the afternoon till about 8pm at night. Should you be planning anything within this areas, please take note and adjust accordingly.
What used to be a 20 minute journey for me is now taking 1hr 15 mins. This has been happening for almost 2 weeks and it is looking set to be worst.

The bottleneck at Ly Chinh Thang and Hai Ba Trung (and Tran Quang Khai) all the way down to Vo Thi Sau is rock solid around 4:30 onwards. Got stupidly stuck in that one last night. Completely packed tight. Zero movement possible. It was like parachuting into a pond full of crocodiles -- you just arrived and immediately knew you were totally screwed. You couldn't even turn around to back out of it. These superwide construction projects (they block 90% of the road, all 3 lanes converge to one narrow one) they're doing all over the place now -- District 3 seems completely full of them, every street -- it's as if it's a concerted strategy to totally shut down all traffic movement across the city. No thought given to the effect on traffic whatsoever. Lots of fun. Luckily I'm moving out of D3 in January, so won't have to endure too much more of this.

Every where else seems to fine, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Tran Hung Dao D1 etc etc are all good. It just seems to be these 3 roads that lead into the city. CMT8 seems to be getting from bad to worse also. went on this road to try to avoid NKKN and it seems that I am not the only "smart" one.

No wonder I was puzzled as to what went wrong to HCMC's traffic condition? Was stuck in the crazy jams daily.
