First day (long) FR while the memory is fresh!

Reached Suvarnabhumi Airport smoothly on the Kingdom's national carrier about 40 mins later than the scheduled time. Airport is busy and long queues quickly formed as I approached immigration. As usual, I shuffled towards the right near the counters for Thai passports knowing that they will open for all passports later. Took out phone to fiddle with roaming and check for wi fi and after around 10 mins expectedly the rope barricade was opened by a lady officer and she was damn Chio! Quickly followed her instructions and moved to the empty counter. Spent the rest of queuing time beoing her, was tempted to take a photo secretly but decided not to play play.

After customs proceeded straight to True to buy local sim card. Long queue and finally when it was my turn the puying say "Stock check wait 20 minute and take a seat." haha like real I'm not going to move and lose my first position, looked back at the queue and nobody budged! Smiled at a couple of fellow countrymen and all LAN LAN have to wait some more. Luckily the stock taking is only counting sim card and money so took 5 mins or so. Handed over iPhone and the girl took another 5 to set everything up. Bingo! Quickly message bro I******** to arrange meeting and received prompt reply on the cab to meet at Suk plaza for dinner at 7.

Reached M***** hotel and was shown fuss free to the room. Wow the suite is really big (49m2) and shiok and worth every dollar IMO. Special thanks to Tim for the great recommendation and discount via his forum link. Hooked up to the free wi fi on all my devices smoothly and took some photos of the room. Location is better than I imagined just off a major road junction.

Washed up and went downstairs and was shown around the small hotel by the courteous manager Nat. The French restaurant looks good and put mental note to try dinner there if I can find the right companion. Drained a hein at the hotel bar before setting out for dinner. Time is still early so went across to Terminal 21 for some Jalan Jalan. Nothing to note as I'm not into shopping except for the toilet WC, very nice like in Japan to make my butt warm and fuzzy. Trendy place with many youngsters (saw several SYTs posing against VD decor) and has a multiplex on 6th? Floor. Checked the showtimes for ATM error show (friend recommended to watch) in case no program during the day.

You can only go to Pegasus, Rao and Rao 2 KTV for straight forward (usually not pretty) takeway.
The pretty ones already have Ah Pa, Ah Hia and overseas sponsors.
There're a few more but can't recall now.

If only the Counter 1, 2 and 3 KTVs (defunct) are still around.
Then that will be the nearest and most hassle free!

I have even taken the bus to Robinsons / Mc Donalds as there are some girls that hang out there and then I walk back to Thermae ,
