Thanks for the suggestions, but there really are MANY factors that restrict us from doing what other couples do to bond. There isn't even a small part of my home that is available for any conversion because we live in a very small 3-room flat.

Hmm...I guess u are right in the sense that each couple has its fair share of issues. But honestly, I think this needs to be (and can only be) resolved between the two of you. It will be hard, considering our culture, but the later it drags, the more frustration it creeps in.
