haha i have a similar experience too when i was in my first job. i was like 23,24 i think. that time got 1 SG sex scandal come out, and one of my colleague sent the video clip via hp to me. i was seated in the corner of the office where not many people can see us one. i was quite busy so i didn't notice i got an MMS until one of my colleague, S, walked over and asked me about the sex video. There was an extremely serious accident in Taman Jurong yesterday. An elderly woman's left hand was trapped in a lift door while trying to drag her dog into the lift. This is just un-un-un-un-unbelievable. We're all so stunned like vegetables here. Considering that the woman was holding her dog leash at the time, it means her hand was balled up into a fist, which means that the door either closed in on her wrist or her balled-up fist. And the lift failed to detect something of such a size. So what exactly did they use to test the safety switch? It would have to be something larger than a human wrist or even fist. So what was it then, something truly colossal like PM Lee's ego & narcissism?
Besides Mr. Ho, just because your boss PM Lee said to learn from China doesn't mean that you should make lifts in Singapore as safe as those in China...
