i feel redbull only helps to improve stamina (check the ingredients to understand why) in the short term and do not really help to maintain your erection... regular exercise, a healty diet and the right sexual stimulations will be more beneficial

I think stout is the best sex nutrition.

I remembered that last time before I went to pick up my lover, I would drink a can of warm stout (or bit), 1 hour before picking her up.

The effect is very good. It'll keep your didi strong and recovery is very fast. Even sfter 2 rounds, my lover still want more and I'm still able to give.

Give stout a try i.e. if you like the taste.

Cordyceps-TCM tonic for the Yang and "Jin"......basically means the dick lah. I usually load up on this 6 days in advance, 1 day 1 bottle, before "overnight" training.

can find in some supermarket only lah... its isotonic, but apparently milk based. i tried it, my gal & i sextisfied with the results.... hehehe
