If it is a condo, usually be the fishing method, a man in blue will pose as customer and try to make an appointment with the ML. Once successful, he will arrive and enter the premises alone initially. There will be a few other colleagues waiting (usually hiding) nearby the unit or condo. Once he enters the house, the rest will rush in and start searching the place for evidence, especially condoms and handphones.

If you are caught along with the ML, usually will just record your statement on the spot and release you or bring you back to police station to take your statement before letting you go. As no charges will be brought against the client, there is no need to ask someone to bail you out. This is to the best of my knowledge and related to me by some MLs who have been caught and deported before.

Hope this helps to ease some of the bros' worries here. But do keep away if there is info of heavy AV action because it can be a traumatic experience for some bros to be caught, even though no charges will be levied against clients, unless the ML is underaged

I've been to one unit before where there was a previous raid. One of the rooms had a big hole at the door knob area. Guess they must have used force to break open the door ;(

If you observe carefully, all MLs work out of small condo buldings with only a simple access gate and no security guards. Plus these condos uses very simple car remote control alarm system to open the gates. A housing agent working in G area actually showed me how they duplicate a few master alarm keys that can open these gates so that they can bring customers in to view.

If a housing agent can get such access easily, there's no stopping the men in blue too.
