Ya i went to polyclinic and asked for a referral letter to a urologist.
Then they gave me a referral letter after that..

guess that nowadays circumcision is performed with laser surgery. is the surgery as good as private clinic? if not, I might choose to spend some $ by choosing clinic which would do a better job (which means less pain and faster recovery).

For me is really nothing much, the most painful part is during the op, when having the stichtes done. The pain ks kan pua pain ar!

Can be use as MC for NS la why not? Unless your camp only accepts MC given by polyclinic or gov hospotal.

For those who planned to do it, for medical or aesthetic reason, I highly recommend that you pick up the courage to do it. Do look for a reputable doctor to do it and advisable to do laser circumcision. Painwise, only a little prick when doctor is injecting the local anaesthetic in the region. Ok lah, for those with low pain threshold, this is the most painful part. Ok, take it as if you are having your blood drawn, those kind of pain, that's the worse it can be. For me, I just felt like ant bite.

After that, throughout the surgery, felt nothing and I was chatting with the doc and nurses throughout. At the end, still feel nothing but looking at my cock all swell up and bloody quite sad.

After I got home, was thinking that the pain will start once the anaesthetic wears off. But nothing. Nothing at all. No pain throughout. Only when your dick gets erected, you get a slight pain around the stitches. Its like the stitches are tearing but bearable. If you are the type cannot tahan, just take the pain killer the doc gave you before you go to sleep. For me, I did not even touch the pain killer at all.

Recovery period, just be patient and let nature take its course. Do whatever the doc tells you and that's it. Dun be itchy hand and touch or clean the wound excessively. It will heal naturally and well. Mine stitches took almost 7 weeks to finally drop off. That's long, compared to some who took only 4 weeks. The sensitivity of the head in the beginning can be quite difficult but you will surely get used to it. At the end, I can tell, SEX IS AWESOME !! Its definitely worth it and I can fuck better, erect longer and last longer. Orgasm also more powerful. Dick looks good as well and I am no longer shy when I go public toilet. We face the same problem for Lasik surgery. You correct the short sightedness now but when the patient ages, the old age sight (which usually naturally corrects short sightedness) will affect the patient.

So perhaps a better solution is to leave the frenulum and correct the PE with tablets.

I guess this is a decision that the treating doctor and patient have to make together.

Just went to Dr BC Ng for my laser circumcision last Friday. Well, I'm diabetic so mine was a loose cut. The only pain felt was the initial administering of the LA. It's comparable to the pain like administering LA to the gums at the Dentist. Initial 3 shots..... After that nothing... Couldn't feel a thing....
