Its a bit old and decor is not up to par with other modern Kovan joints. I have a regular ML who's moved there recently.

What a far way off they have come

Many good moments in this place since they first opened. Massage was good to go for 1.5 hours.

Have not returned since they changed their pricing model. No regrets.

Kovan is mostly prostate massage aka $88 shops. You have to venture to Hougang or Serangoon and beyond to find the $50 shops. But I would say even Hougang and Serangoon is mostly $88, though still a minority are $50. Explore more and you'll find it.
