this place is quite rundown, last i recall... you can byob (but have to at least buy 1 btl from the ktv). It's korean ktv concept/layout, and you probably will be better off if you prebook in advance... otherwise the quality of LCs can be quite shitty if you just walk in.

Last session for massage+ is 10pm or 11pm at Orchardz hotel. Hotel is simple and decent. And shuttle from airport to hotel is also provided.

Quick FR on Basque on Thu night....

Went for dinner first....food quite nice( Spanish )

The bar area turns into a dance area with a DJ playing music at 10pm. Saw a few FLs walking in abt that time. Felt the standard is quite good. ( arn 7/10).Better than my last visit to CJs last year.

Did not talk to any FL as I BYO there. So don't know the charges. Lots of Ang Mo. When I left early at 12....saw a few more walking in. Heard from my gal that its packed with FLs on FRI/SAT. On thu it was like almost 1 gal :1.5 guy ratio.....
