Fuji Building (HK) SG Style

Many GL houses redevelop for commercial / condo e.g lor 18.

For land scarce SG, 2 storey houses are not value for money.
Why not have one or two multi-storey building just like HK Fuji Building?

You can have different levels for different nationalities.
- PRC
- Viet
- Thai
- Europeans?
- Korean?
- Japanese?
- short term for foreign WL for SG tour visa

Ground floor have massage parlours

Theme floor
- Japan pink salons*
- Korea Kiss Bang*

* recently read too many International FR, if only no need travel so far for those experience and all the gaijin restrictions

Lol..yah have to agree about being grateful. Grass is always greener. I remember when HK was thriving, not only Fuji building was operating in this manner but others. Only issue is the going up and down. I remember I use to take lift to top floor in some of these buildings. Then slowly walk down to checkout the girls. Then go up again with the ones shortlisted in mind.

I think if carefully planned, it come be done, however, it's probably the least of priorities now.

Now in JB is overflowing with FLs of various nationalities.
Whilst Viets, Thais, PRCs & Indons make up the majority of these FLs...... there are also exotic species available like Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians, Poles, French, Germans, Brazilians, Colombian, Nihonjins, Pinays & Koreans etc.
These exotic species are not permanently available but are here on rotational basis.... they usually be in JB for 7-10 days stints.
Their stables will list the exotic dishes available for the day....

Tmn Pelangi a lot. enjoy. Everyone knows this hotspot. Just that not sure if they are medically clean or not as they do not go for check, so better put on condom. I receive so many wechat about updates there, very tempting. But it will be like a russian roulette.

These exotic meats are usually here for a short stint only so we are unlikely to know about their medical history. Better to err on the ssfe side and use protection as their OKT moves them around between several countries.

Misu is 100% authentic Korean.
Jessica is mixture of Korean / Vietnam.
Both are located at Tebrau area...... 10 mins from CIQ.

There will be an JAV actress coming to JB for work / holiday.
I understand from her agent she is scheduled for 3 days filming & photoshoot. Then she has 2 days free n easy off days before flying to HK. She is open to taking booking during these 2 off days. Will post more info after update from her agent.

Extouc Russian dish overpriced in local price which is same as dome 3 totally not worth it. I don’t buy the half past six mixed nationality upselling strategy as well
Precovid exotic dish was better IMHO with Mongolians in the scene who sometimes marketed as fake Koreans.

Anyway TS can only dream about GL revamped version 2.0 having those full theme FKK or HK style concept. Maybe when 5G or 6G leaders took over…cos we are still have a conservative segment society to address…glad we still have GL as compared to other countries.
