Yes, it is, and so is whatsapp. But if you are on a roaming SIM card from another country some stuff gets thru' on 4G.

Never live but managed a large team there. Therefore I travelled there quite frequently and had extensive working relationship with my team, customers and to a large extend, the hotel's staffs who became friends.

Very friendly and fun bunch of people who were very warm and many opened up to me in more ways than one..

It is also quite interesting that China is so big the people and atmosphere can vary quite widely from city to city, just like in the US...

My experience has been that the northern girls (beyond Beijing) are usually more down to earth and less materialistic.) I had an ex from Shandong and another from Harbin, and other females as friends...
