The parking in the area is somewhat lacking. Don't park just anywhere. I had to learn the hard way and it cost me $70.

Waterfront?
I might be wrong but the only 81 vaguely near Vivo is nearer Clementi Road along Pasir Panjang Road, near the prata place. There is a H81 there, could be called waterfront, but don't quote me on that.

The Fragrance hotel is on Morse Road, not sure if it is call Waterfront or not.
It is after Harbourfront on the right hand side, if you're headed towards Clementi.

Ironically, you would see its squeezed in between two churches per se..
somewhere near the esso kiosk..u won't miss is if u look on the right hand side if you are leaving harbourfront towards pasir panjang, however if u are on the hotel's side, you most likely will overshot the turn unless u know its actual location.. njoy..
