Just curious, has anyone tried PrEP? It’s basically taking the PEP pills (Truvuda or Isentress) before, on the day of, and after sex. Thinking of trying it for my next “action session” but the cost is a big concern ($30 per pill).

I dont think how it works. PREP works very well, but for it to fully protect you, you need to take it about a month consistently from what I have read. Apparently it has a very "localized" action, so it works much faster in areas like your ass, but unless you plan on getting anal, thats not the case......
Thanks for the links. Sorry I didn’t check to see if this topic has already been discussed. But to be on 1 month PrEP is mighty expensive (30 x $30 = $900). Plus I take half a viagra ($15) and 1 priligy ($30) and the session ($210 - I do 1.5hrs). Works out to $1,155 for a bonk! 😵

Haha, but for me it’s financially impossible (remember, $150 per hour) and also stamina-wise (I’m already 52 years old). I checked the dtap website, there’s a 7-day “lead in” time where you take a pill daily for 7 days before you bonk, then take one on the day of bonking and 1 the day after. Maybe this is more realistic, cost-wise. I’ll go for consultation again on 8 Oct, then will post update. I think this is more for a peace of mind, cos if bonk the WLs at Geylang, protected, should be quite ok right? If so easy to kena, then half the male population will be wiped out already....I think

If you are planning to bonk in Geyland with a condom on, whats the point of PREP then? Your likelihood to catch HIV with a condom on, especially with girls that get tested every month, is close to zero.
Agreed, chances of getting HIV bonking in geyland is close to zero. TS should take w cocktail of antibiotics as protection against STD such as gono & chlymdria will be morr effective if he fuck outside of Geyland

Hi bros, I just went to see Dr. He says can take Truvada (that’s the PrEP medicine) 2 days before, on the day of, and the day after (total of 4 tablets). Sorry but I think I’m the over-worrying type, but still want to bonk
So for me, it’ll work out to about $375 per bonk
