i am just sharing my experience.

i found this place while waiting for a customer at the area earlier.
Spa, massage nice environment and most important, friendly stuff.
good location, near bugis.

interior very clean and nice with all the facility, like sauna, Jacuzzi, eating area, tv room.

damage $60 entrance with 45min massage
damage $80 entrance with 45min massage
happy ending was quote only $50
plus tip $20

I think happy ending at $50 sound ex.. And you give extra $20 tips some more.. Effectively $70.. Was wondering why we paying more or same price..for a 5 min special compare to an hour massage...
Anyway.., what i say is not impt.. So long as you feel happy paying.. That's good enough..

without facility use is $50 for 45min.

went once and got turned off by the Uncle Begger. tip him too little he'll suan u. Siap siap siap.

Never went back since.
