Employment as a pimp

Hi,

May I know how do I get employed to work full time for like around 2 months and subsequently over the weekends in China legal houses? I am looking forward to work in China Legal houses in Lorong 20 and Westerhout.

Or rather, is there anyone willing to employ me? Just do jobs like what normally an employed pimp will do, clean house, collect towels, mop floor, pull customers for the daily 12hr shift?

Not necessary wor. Some bosses they don't want to run the fuck shops as they have other businesses, lazy or they feel ashamed/not comfortable to operate a fuck shop lor. Examples are 1608, 1606A, 1606, 2001, 1651, 1658A, 1649, 1639, 16W12, 16W19, etc. are run by salaried workers who affectionately known as OKT Asst.

Hi bro, I wish to add that after working as an OKT assistant for a few years. You apply to AV to get a licence to operate a brothel as they are very particular on previous experience of the applicants. You must not have any criminal record. This is only the first step.

Then you need startup capital such as rental deposit, renovation costs, etc. Rental is not cheap, a small and rundown house may fetch at least $4k pm. Owner of a 2 storey house in fair condition may ask for $10k or more. You may also need a working capital of at least $20k to tie you over for the first few months. With so many enblocs going on, supply of houses is getting less and less. Rental is moving up.

Sourcing of new wls should not be a problem after working as an assistant for a few years. You will have enough contacts by then.

Banks are usually not keen to grant hosung loan for buying of a house for vice operation. A buddy of mine bought one house a few years ago and not a single bank was willing to give him a loan. Luckily he managed to borrow from friends and relatives to complete the Purchase. He is now laughing to the bank in collecting good rental from an OKT.

I once asked the okt in one of the houses in lor 18 he gets about 90 dollars per day his "house" opens at 2.30pm and closes at 3am weekdays and closes 4am weekends... thats workds out to about 7 bucks per hour... :/ but he tell me okt sibei no life... no time to do ur own thing... everyday must come down to work, although u dont really do much just sit outside call customer but he say will sian after awhile... somemore if customer make problem and abuse the girl u must protect them and stuff very complicated.

But normally legal houses the customer pay first before going up to do ma. I know of a few legal house what the okt asst do is that he will block those banglas or drunk chinese from entering the house or picking a girl. So should be better than actually managing the freelance ones, at least you don't have to be a gangster in legal houses.

Am I right to say that?
