anyone got secret formula please help me... everytime after the first shot of FJ, i will rest for 45-60 min. before the 2nd round...but sometime my didi get soften halfway through the round 2...(sometime it works well though)...

can someone advise what are the way to faster recovery for round 2???... even my gal tried to help me but sometime the didi just deny...

i m close to 45.

Frankly, I believe you are straining yourself too much if you try to shoot 2 consecutive loads at your age. If you take it slow and easy, you may still able to perform sexually at 50, 60 or even 70. But if you strain yr body and didi too much, it may stop functioning at an earlier age... just 2 cents worth.

Besides, I think yr recovery time is just fine for your age..
