1) She stopped working but she got caught working? If I'm not wrong, she's essentially banned for life.

2) She broke the law on many counts if she got caught "working". She's essentially a criminal. She'll be banned the maximum 3 years. You can forget about her coming here again on social visit pass. You can try appealing after 3 years.

3) Even if you furnish a deposit, they're unlikely to let her in for a social visit. It will have to be something serious like family member dying here etc. Even marriage isn't assured.

Dude, dun talk cock, once ICA know about TS background and know he TS got 1A clearance (if he got) sure kana downgraded from his ministry because he is a security risk due to his ECA. Dun give wrong advice here.
