aftermath of working gal being repatriated

My long term gf got caught last month and was sent home.

It's a pity as she has already stopped worked for a long time..she had to return due to some financial problems..

Anyway..ica has shown here are documents to read before repatriation..

She will be banned from entering 1-3 years.this is really sad for me as when in better Times..she visits me in singapore once every 2months for short 3 to 4 days holidays..

Ica did tell her If she wants to enter singapore..she has to write in to ica for permission..

How to ica determine if they will be banned 1 year, 2 year or 3 year?

If I want to bring her to singapore for holiday for 3 to 4 days..what excuse to write to ica?can I write on her behalf? I called ica yesterday and they told me I can write into [email protected]

They told me if I want to be a sponsor.. I have to place a deposit of between 1000-5000...Anyway to siam this..

what was she caught doing?
her age? her race ?
what pass was she on ?
etc etc etc....lots more details

Age 31 thai

She is on social visit pass..

She opens food stall in thailand..

I am able to proof her time in singapore.. The hotels I booked for her...Our photos..

Photos of the shop in thailand..some of our travels together to neighbouring countries..

This is only her first time working here and this happened..really saddened by this incident..
And I'm trying to get permission to come for holidays..

Please don't mistake I am helping work the same job again in singapore..

All I can say don ever be sponsor or guarantee of their tourist visa......... If she comes back and moonlight on the visa you sponsored or guaranteed....... Then you be treated 1x invitation to Court

Don understand if you or your dick love her so much and now she has problem cuming to Singapore....nothing is stopping you to find her somewhere else in this world

Only best "proof" ICA is looking for is finances..... You put down security deposit for sponsorship of her social visit pass.....better chances coming back to SG becuz if she violates the terms of social visit pass your security deposit gets forfeited and you go to court. So tink twice again ...... Why bother doing so much..... Juz visit her in thai la !

And this is a real though decision to come and work...

I won't be worried she violates.. And I am very sure...

TS, 1-3 yrs is the standard reply or template they got on their letter, but if she is caught for vice activities, it a straight clear cut 3 years. Don bother to bargain or look for MP especially with all the anger on FT, ICA also don want to land in hot soup.

You can attempt to sponsor her for holiday, but the deposit have to be given. again, the question on why a SG will sponsor someone with that kind of $ will always linger. unless you have a good valid reason, e.g. ROM, and have a clean record. If you are a civil servant and has clear security clearance of CAT 2 and above will also be advantage. else don bother cos you probably be blacklisted in ICA list of sponsors record.
