most of the such places in Thailand have no instant tabao arrangement. the only places with instant tabao are gogobars. some Gclubs such as Pimp has a group of girls they know are willing to accept tabao offers if you ask the mamasan. Just don't go to KTV, Gclubs, Thai pubs with such expectation. If you want instant tabaos and your trips are short, just stick to the tried and tested.
