I can only speak for myself.

I think you are right certain areas and crevices around the back of the knee and certain areas on the waist can be this kinda zone as well

Not trying to be a wise ass here but seriously speaking, if you know how to use your tongue, quite literally any inch of the body can be an ero zone. That being said, here are areas at least that I've tried on women that were surprisingly good:
