I have this dilemma that I think about it sometimes.

I have a current Fwb (I had a number of different fwb over the years). She's nice and everything. There are some topics that I tend to avoid talking to her such as savings, property, investment.

I stay in condo and have another condo unit for rental income and capital appreciation. Both condo values are quite high now. My job is very normal, earning only about $85k per annum.

To many people, it's a dream to own 2 condo units. This is something that I don't tell people. Even my close friends and some family members don't know this.

So for my fwb, I never let her know that I stay in condo. She still has the impression I stay in HDB. She's staying in HDB and her job is similar to my job.

I don't tell her because I don't want to be judged and letting her have higher expectations from me. I always think she or any other fwb will expect me to pay more or give more presents or whatever. I don't like this kind of pressure.

I feel more comfortable when she still think my finances is tied to my salary.

So how truthful are you to your fwb/mistress?

mistress meaning to support her lifestyle one.. too expensive.. fwb or cheap bonks are the way to go, usually can split cost for hotel n food, no need fund their lifestyle one. if u planning to only have cheap fun, say all these for what. sekali the more she know, later threaten to expose u online with ur details or to ur job or family.. no need share one
