Regulars are the ones that frequently visit their WH and thus bringing in good business, there is no free lunch in this World, say alone Singapore ! Outside the WH, these men can't touch the girls (maybe hugging and kissing is normal) and moreover OKTs are not allowed to F their own in house whores. If these both things were to happen, it is Closed Shop for them. The place they frequently went is Lunar, Collyer Quay.
