Suffered slipped disc whilst ahving sex
Hi Folks
Was having sex a couple of weeks ago and suffered slipped disc. Damn sway.....think I am old liao....still hurt like hell on my lower back... Just sharing....Cheers....     :

Bro TS, mind sharing a few details on how it happened ?
Could it be due to awkward positioning or perhaps you had a little discomfort prior to it and the action aggravated the condition ? All The Best

wow.... hope you get better soon....
but please do share the experience with us here so that we can learn .... didnt know that sex can be such a health hazard. wonder if that's how my reservist mate got his slipped disc and kena downgraded + removed from unit

Take plenty of rest. Do not put any unnecessary pressure down your spine. if you must have sex, ask you partner to go cow-girl. Missionary position (man on top ) and stand-up sex where you have to carry her) is not good on the spine).
I had slip disc myself and I know what it feels like. Take care.

Sorry to hear of the unfortunate incident. Do rest well and avoid strenuous exercises. And that includes bonking your wife or any other women.
