Rent a car ,a driver or a taxi?

We will arrive in shentzhen ferry the 14th march.
Staying 6 nights at the goodview hotel.
We will need a car or a minivan (we are three + luggages +golfbags) every day to go from the hotel to the golf resort of Mission hills.
We also plan to spend some evenings in Shentzhen or CP.
Speaking only english and it is the first time we visit China.
Money is not an issue but we want security.
What's our advice :

1)using only taxis (are they easy to find at mission hills and goodview hotel ,without waiting too much?)

2)Rent a minivan (avis ,etc,...)and use a gps if it exists in english.

3)Rent a car with a chinese driver for a whole week.
But where find a reliable driver and car company?
