how to recover deleted files from recycle bin?

hi guys, damn suay, my gf found out i kept nude photos of her in my thumbdrive, then she go and delete everything away including those in the recycle bin.

how to retrieve them back? my friend send me a program called power data recovery but he never teach me how to use cos he said he also forgot.

please help.

win xp has a system restore feature. reset to an earlier date.
under programs -> accessories -> system tools

There's a lot of software out there that can easily recover files even including those deleted in the recycle bin.
