It is illegal.

Only GL is legally approved by the garment.

So planned a stay in the 81 hotels, when horny, just walk to any of the joints, providing TYs, PRCs and some CKTs. The latter are a dying breed.

Of course, there will be FLs, but these are not approved by garment.

If you are looking at singapore/thailand/malaysia/philipins, why would you need a tour agency to bring you to those places???
