Can't maintain erection...

Recently, I have been having sex with my partner for almost everyday, sometime I even shoot twice in one day. After about a month, I think I have some problem to maintain my erection.

I am not getting hard as easy as before. Last time I was very sensitive towards seductive stuff, the little thing can be harden like calling 1-2-3.

Now need longer time to make it hard. Sometime when it's hard, it will turn soft like counting 1-2-3. I need constantly stroking it to maintain hardness. Even I can maintain for longer, after putting on cap, it will turn soft again. It's very frustrating for me, because without 100% hardness, it's very hard to penetrate.

I am at my early 30, I am not sure whether I have excessive sex, or this is a kind of dysfunction symptom?

Try to relax more often, don't be too tense up, worrying abt it can also make it worse. The best solution is to have enough rest, more sleep and lesser porn and masturbation.

smoking and drinking excessively unfortunately plays
a part in this as well.. you might want to try and cut
back on those if you are a smoker\drinker..
regular exercise and good rest might help some too..

There is a thing called cock ring. It is cheap and can certainly help this problem easily with almost no side effects.

Basically after erect just place it at the base so blood wont flow back. Erection is maintained.

However u cant leave it on overnight coz no blood flow.

When I read your post, I knew immediately I have the solution that will most probably work for you. But I hesitate to reply cos I was concerned that other ppl may think that I am trying to sell you something.
