But seriously guys, slot $2 into a condom machine at any Hotel 81. That's the cheapest and a rather reliable way of getting cheap caps.

TS maybe u can provide more info like the brand, the model....
I knew of 1 brand 'Sure Grip', found it at CCK Polyclinic pharmacy, around S$4.50 per box of 12 pcs. (1 pce = 0.375 cents).
