hi can anyone recommend me any cheap and clean hotel for bonking
preferably 100 and below

Most of the transit hotels in JC/GL and Balestier are below the budget you have stated.

GL got plenty. Don say below 100, most of them below 50.

bro never say whether he want for short term (a couple of hours) or long term /overnight.

anyway, so many bros here so helpful and i just want to add my 2 cents. looks like Hotel 81 princess in GL is the nicest of the H81 chain (went to their website to see). although not the absolute cheapest (definitely not $10). but i tink H81 is a safe, value for money choice as its still done up quite nicely and price remains pretty cheap. some those that is too cheap i oso scared to go in
