I had several Korean gal friends in the past when I was got feverish about Korean culture. I agree with some members here that many K gals are reserved, well-mannered, and considerate, most especially among strangers. I think it's part of their social conditioning and it's reflected in their language which has a few levels of formality and courtesy.

It's also true that some members said it depends on the individual. There will be K gals who are more assertive but based on my experience having befriended about a dozen, these out-there outgoing types are a minority; and they tend to have an agenda to get something out of men (not cash but branded goods or expensive lifestyle accessories, or PR visa in your country).
