A Cheating Wife

Hi everyone, I seldom post here but it seems like a good place to share my woes. I have been married for 2.5yrs and have a kid(hers from a previous r'ship). Early this year we had a huge argument and all hell broke lose. I packed and left our matrimonial home. We have been constantly arguing and this last argument she injured herself and wanted to call the police to say i abused her.

She has also been using the women's charter to threaten me for the last 2yrs. I left because I didnt want her to frame me for anything and I end up in jail.

We are not officially separated and divorce filing have to wait half year. Recently, she has been hanging out with guys and I believe she is already with someone but she has been denying. Even my son (6yrs old) said when they went on holiday, he was sleeping alone and mummy was sleeping with uncle.

I'd like some guidance as to how I can catch them in the act? As prove that there is adultery committed so that I can move on. Like a spycam of some sort, I am not sure just damn confused with all that is happening. I still had access to my house until recently where she added a new lock. Am not sure if she can do that? I still pay 80% of the house.

Engage a private investigator to prove adultery and file for divorce once u got enough evidence...else u will end up paying alimony for a long long time to come....

Thanks bro. That is the thing she has been threatening me with. But end up she is the one who is abusing the women's charter...she was telling me a client of hers tried to siam alimony coz he had evidence wife cheated and he still lost the case knn!
Problem with PI is I dont know any that are trusted or reputable and reviews online not many.
Any spycam ideas? lol

I don't think that even if u got evidence through spycam it is really usable in court.....u need to check with your lawyer first....coz it is better to spend money to hire a reputable private investigator..they definitely can help represent you in court if they manage to get evidence for adultery.....

Btw it is very hard to prove adultery in court....as the evidence required is virtually as good as catching them in the act....so be prepared to spend a tidy sum of money for private investigator....Even private investigators themselves will tell u proving adultery is very very hard....so good luck in escaping from paying alimony...

If you caught them "red-handed" on bed no use. Or, even if she is sleeping with 100 Bangala, there is no law to deal with her.

Singapore's Women's Charter is "power". There is no way to topple it unless the entire Parliament change and rewriting Women's charter.

Although it all looks so bleak, a big thanks to you guys for bothering to help out a betrayed soul.

Its damn scary when you love someone so much only to be stabbed in the balls all of a sudden.

If you guys have anymore advice or PI recommendation please let me know.

Maybe you can invest on some pin hole spy cam, get at least 2 and hide I it some place not easy to see.

Bro. Sorry to hear this. Anyway I have heard info that the marriage gotta be for 10 yrs then woman charter can apply so she can't use that against u.

Furthermore if u are looking for a divorce u don't need to show proof of adultery. All u need to do is get a lawyer and put that in your affidavit and submit to court. In cases of abuse and infidelity no min 3 yr separation is required.

I just went thro a divorce myself so hope this helps u.

U can get a lock smith to gain access to ur property. Just tell him u lost ur keys and show him ur IC ( that is if its still the same add). Once u gain entry, set up spy cams. Wait for her return and just tell her u are back to collect a few items. This gives her the impression u were indeed back to just pick up items .

Why not try handphone spying. I would recommend handphonespy.com.

A camera can only capture so much. Where would you place the spy camera to capture the evidence? Just curious.

I prefer using a software to catch then rely on a fixed location product. Your input would be much appreciated because I must be missing something here.
