About 3 years ago after completing our HDB minimum occupation period, my wife and i decided to buy and invest on our 2nd private residential unit. It was an exciting but also worrying experience.
Additional financial burden was something we really were hoping to avoid but for the sake of investment, we went with the idea.


So last December we finally got a call from our lawyers and it was time to collect the keys to our new home. After paying the balance of the down payment and legal fees, we celebrated our achievement with just Chicken rice at home because now we are broke but happy.
Thank god for our bonuses, it helped with our renovations. It took another 2 months and our new place was ready. We decided to move in late Feb and was hoping we could rent our our HDB unit to offset our new loan (it is illegal.. shhhhhh)
We figured an additional $2-$3k amount will definitely ease our burden. So my wife asked me to find an agent and lease our HDB out.

I searched through my phone and found an agent that we used to ask for help. Mel was new back then but was very helpful. She was in her early 30s, married but wasn't too sure if she had kids. Didn't asked and seriously wasn't interested to know.
She was around 1.6m, sharp chin and pretty slim. Had the "bob" hair style with light brown highlights for her hair. Something like victoria beckham kinda hairstyle. I like that look alot. Very sophisticated. Very slutty!
So i drop Mel a text and asked if she was still doing property and lucky me, she said yes and still waiting for my business Such a flirt.

She got me excited for less than 5 mins and kill me off. Bitch... Anyway, frankly i wasn't thinking much about her. It really didnt cross my mind to try. So as promised, i was there around 7.10pm and turned on all the a/cs and lights.
Prepared the house for her to see. Like a professional, she was outside my door 7.25pm.


Mel : Hello! Can i come it?

Me : Sure, please do. Oh wow, you changed your hair style.

Mel : Yeah, decided to try to keep it long but kinda regretted it. Its been hot lately.


So now, Mel decided to keep her hair long and straight and damn! she is hot.. With her grey tight office skirt and white top, i was totally mesmerised. The conversation when on for the next 10 mins and i gave her a basic tour of my place.
Once or twice when she walked pass me, i get a wift of her perfume. Wah lau, i couldn't concentrate lah. Physically she was alright, i would assume a typical 'B' cup and slightly perky ass. I was getting a hard on and it was getting very
