i bet you are not in anyone ignore list.. you were ignored probably because you are in moderation and have no contribution in the forum yet.

get out of moderation and start to contribute and they will not ignore you anymore.

or u can also consider the premium membership, you get alot of benefits signing up including adding 200 reputation points to your account.

How to automatically delete the ignored user's message?

I have ignored Private Messenger. Their so called discount = no discount. Its just pretending to give a discount from a fictitiously higher price.
