Bro, I used to be like u many years ago. tried exercising to use up all energy also cannot sleep. Then i read from a health book that i borrowed from library. Buy some celery and tomato. take 2 portions of the celery (without the leaf) and 2 tomatos. Add into the blender, add some water. Blend it in a blender. Drink it only after your meals. Initially it may taste terrible, but it really has ben helping me for the last 10 years.

Try it. At least it worked well for me for the past 10 years

ya u r rite....BGR.....my story is.....i was with this NTU gal(formerly JJC) for 7 mths...we "done it" all.....everything was so good...shared everythin....then with one sms " lets cool off for now, i nd to concentrate on my exams, hiaz,fair 2 u." fine i left her alone...now exams end liao..i read from her blogs then she dated many guys straight away ....dun even bother reply to my sms.....from the blogs think three guys chasing after her...she did not even msg mi anymore...hiaz...reai heartbreaking.....to tink she belong to the "guai "gal type....hiaz...tks guys for the help...but i reali at a loss..cant eat cant sleep..... its been a 1 n half mths since the sms...zombie these days.
