I've Got AIDS!!!!
Hi All Bros here,
This thread is to serve all of you a warning. I am initially going to Germany to work for 2 yrs. But before that, i have to go through a medical check up at Raffles Hospital before i can go. I got the result last Thursday, and my world came apart. I am HIV positive!! I still have not break the news to my wife yet, i think she would have got it from me. I thought back how i could have got it, and i could only come out with only conclusion. I am very thrifty, and would usually go to GL for a quick one, and i swear to God i would always wear a condom whenever BJ or FJ. I think its about a few months ago, i went to a pub at Tanjong Pagar for a drink, and there was this local SYT waitress sitting down with me throughout the whole night. She actually asked me if i wanted to bring her out. I gladly bring her to Hotel 81 Chinatown, and she insists on doing RAW!!! As small head over shot big head, and at that time i also blur blur, we did it without condom!! After that incident, we had a few more rounds, and i stopped seeing her as my wife got suspicious. I am totally devasted now and hope all bros here will not follow my footsteps. The pub's name is Las Vegas, and the SYT's name is Winnie............ |

Re: I've Got AIDS!!!!
Goodness...I hope you took the news ok...what's done is done...what you can do now is bring your wife for a checkup also...counselling is avaliable with Afa...you got to take a moment to consider what you are going to do with your life...I know words cannot comfort you but be brave...life needs to go on...
that gal is too much...did she know she got HIV??? How can she insist on doing RAW??? if she knows and knowingly pass it on, she should be reported!!! |

Re: I've Got AIDS!!!!
yes...if she knows she has HIV in the first place...you can report her...people like her should be put behind bars before she cause more harm...why she insists raw...is a good reason she knows she has HIV...

Re: I've Got AIDS!!!!
My dear friend, u can report to police and IF SHE WAS DIAGONISED as having HIV prior to meeting you, she can be charged for grievous hurt. In your case I will do so, this will prevent this menace from trying to pass on her germs to other unsuspecting men. Right now, get medical attention and ask your wife to go for check up asap.

Re: I've Got AIDS!!!!
Have you taken the Western Blot test? Normally Western Blot test require minimun of 2 weeks for the results to be out. Only reactive for both ELISA and Western Blot (confirmation) means you got it. If not, please check with the doctor and pray that it is a false positive.

Re: I've Got AIDS!!!!
HIV can be transmitted through unprotected oral, vaginal and anal sex. It is very unlikely to be transmitted through the contact from your encounters.
Unprotected oral sex poses a low risk for HIV transmission. Oral sex without a condom poses a low risk for HIV infection, but other Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) such as Gonorrhoea, NGU, Herpes and Syphilis can be transmitted by this method.Condom is the best protection against HIV. example of a question. Date: 03-Nov-2005 Question: I have been to Dsc for treatment for gonorrhoea ... i m now waiting for the 3 month period to test for HIV ... i m quite worried. I would like to know, from your experience, out of 10 person whom got gonorrhoea, how many might have got HIV .. ? just a estimated figures. I heard that after 1 month could also be test for HIV, and if its negative, then most probably it will be fine .... true? Answer - One can do the HIV blood test 1 month after the exposure and 3 months for a conclusive test. If one is tested negative after 1 month, this means the chances of getting HIV is lower but still have to go for a conclusive test in the 3rd month. answer-There is currently no findings on the relationship between gonorrhoea infection and HIV though a person with repeated STI infections is at a higher risk of contracting the HIV if he/she continues with unsafe sex practices. Date: 09-Oct-2005 Question: Dear sir, If I were to go for an anonymous testing at DSC and tested positive for HIV. What will DSC do? What will I need to do? Do I need to inform my family members as from what I understand which is a must and is against to law if I didn't do so? Answer - Anonymous test is conducted by the Action for AIDS(AfA), a voluntary organisation, and the test site is located at the DSC Clinic. The nature of this test is that individuals do not need to register, thus, no identity will be taken. The anonymous test employs the rapid test technique and the result will be known in 20 mins. If the test is positive, blood will need to be drawn to be sent for Western Blot technique and result will be known later. The volunteer counsellor from AfA will guide and assist the individuals where identity will remain anonymous. An HIV positive individual does not need to inform family members, however, it will be good to inform all sexual partners to go for screening as well. hope it help some brother. thanks. |
