Hi ,

I am a Singaporean permenantly staying in Chiangmai. I provide tour guiding services in Chiangmai and Chiangrai (inc MaeSai) for fellow Singaporeans.

My service is open to 1-8 persons. Services will include free transport in my private car and helping you guys to locate the most suitable hotels, resorts and restuarants etc which will suit your budgets.

Most importantly, I can bring you to the various pubs, karaoke, massage parlours, escorts etc which suit your tastes and you only have to pay the local rates, which is usually half the rates tourists pay for. Avoid wasting money on taxis and tuk-tuks or worse, being brought to places where the girls suck and end up wasting time.

Up north the rates are lower, but they are catching up soon. I guess the influence of angmos are really too much, huh? Talk about price control...

Do we have to pay you commission for your services ?

Or do you 'cooperate' with the pubs/karaoke/massage parlours and ask them to charge us a 'higher' rate and then secretly return to that place to collect your commission ?

If you do not earn 'commissions' why are you offering your service to us ? ............ would be a pure waste of your time !

There is so much 'fuss' about the OKTs earning "commission" from Samsters who cheong in Hatyai

As for me if u come chiangrai and fix my time transport will be free..muahaha but chionging will try my best to arrange for u all, pricing will help u to nego. no commission taken
