Not sure when does the picture below appear, but when I found it, it was like 3 weeks after last exposure (Involving giving BBBJ with ladyboy and anal sex with condom)

which part of the body is that? cannot really tell from the picture.. but it look like scabies to me..could be herpes too.

Right arm, and earlier in April had tested positive for HSV-1 with >3.5 already.

Now I don't feel itchy there as well.

if u already have herpes than it could well be it..
from my experience, it is more easier to identify herpes when the breakout first appear, one can easily tell from the blisters... but in your case, afew weeks has gone by and all we could see are scabs.

i could be wrong though.. let hear it from Dr. Tan

From physical appearance can be either Herpes or Scabies I agree.
BUT it is extremely rare for HSV or Scabies to appear on the upper arm.
At this stage it is still possible to diagnose HSV but you need to break the scab and get a swab of the base of the ulcer.

From the area involved, the appearance of the lesions and the clustering, my first impression would be insect bites
You can look for the portal of entry to confirm this

Herpes outbreaks range from tingling and itching to severe pain and fever.

It all depends upon the severity of the outbreak.

The first outbreak is usually the worst. Subsequent recurrent outbreaks a milder.

mosquito bites will also make u feel itchy.

Oh thanks for the replies.

I ytd went to DSC (With appointment) and the doc gave me a cream for 40cents.

HIV turns to be negative after last exposure (BBBJ, top, frenching a ladyboy) on Oct 1.
